Training Cancellation Policy

• Requests must be submitted in writing to CDR

• Cancellations received up to 10 business days prior to class will be refunded in full or have the

option to transfer to a later class without additional rescheduling fees.

• Cancellations within 4-10 business days of the first day of class will be 25% refunded

• Cancellations within 3 business days prior to class, no-shows, or inability to complete the full

class are not eligible for refunds.

• Substitutions may be made in writing up to the 1st Day of training time without additional fees

• Transfer requests within 10 business days prior to Day 1 of class will be subject to an additional

20% reschedule fee. Transferred classes must be completed within 1 year from the date of the

original class.

• Refunds may take up to 30 days
