A: I am inspired to work at a place and with a team that leads with empathy. Being able to contribute to an organization that makes conflict resolution accessible and achievable is very rewarding and hope-giving.

Resolution help people in Pierce County and beyond?

A: The work we do here at the Center has a meaningful impact on the community by providing the tools and space for people to creatively think and work through conflict together. In the process, people can gain new perspectives and ultimately see one another in a different light.

Q: If you were an animal, which one would you be and why?

A: I’d like to be a seal because they’re social, curious, and seem relatively at ease swimming around all day!
